The brand name Shebi actually comes from my nickname. Hi, I’m Zoltán Sebestyén, and I’m the one who came up with the idea and brought these desserts to life.
Throughout my life, I have worked in various areas of food manufacturing, and I have always admired the process through different ingredients come together to form a brand new product, that creates value. The desire to create value inspired me when I imagined and continuously developed these sweets to offer something truly special to people. I believe I have developed an unique delicacy, and I hope that dessert-loving customers will agree with me once they taste it.

Earlier I became familiar with the great properties of dried fruits and their beneficial effects on our body, which gave me the basic idea. More over I wanted to introduce a product to the market that is free from emulsifiers, preservatives, colorings, and other unnatural ingredients. (I believe this is becoming extremely important nowdays!)
After preparing the cream made from four types of dried fruits:
Plum; Apricot; Sour Cherry; Cranberry
the next step was selecting the best chocolate. None of the high-quality chocolates available on the European market met my expectations, as they couldn’t harmonize perfectly with my fruit creams. However, I eventually found a special Colombian chocolate, called “Luker” chocolate.
The “Luker” chocolate, combined with my fruit creams, provides an exclusive enjoyment that makes Shebi fruit desserts exceptional in the sweets market!
